| ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY REINFORCES INSTITUTIONAL LEGACY AND WELFARE COMMITMENT THROUGH JANGKAUAN KASIH INITIATIVE | WEDNESDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2025 – In conjunction with the Royal Brunei Navy’s (RBN) 60th Anniversary, seven (7) retired RBN personnel received welfare assistance under the Jangkauan Kasih initiative, a charitable programme funded through contributions from all RBN departments. The initiative reflects the RBN’s continued commitment to safeguarding the welfare of its retired personnel, recognising that the strength and professionalism of the Navy are founded upon the enduring service and sacrifices of its former members.

| RBN DEMONSTRATES COMMITMENT TO COLLECTIVE MARITIME SECURITY IN ASEAN–US MARITIME EXERCISE 2025 | BATAM, INDONESIA – 16 DECEMBER 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) recently participated in the 2nd ASEAN–United States Maritime Exercise (AUMX) 2025 with the deployment of KDB DARULAMAN, reaffirming Brunei Darussalam’s commitment to regional maritime cooperation and collective security. The exercise brought together naval forces from ASEAN member states and the United States, including assets from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and the United States Navy, reflecting a broad multilateral effort to enhance maritime collaboration.

| RBN LOOKS TO INSPIRE YOUTH BY BUILDING INTEREST IN MARITIME DEFENCE FOR THE FUTURE | MUARA NAVAL BASE, THURSDAY, 11 DECEMBER 2025 – Today, a total of 55 visitors from the Jemaah Muslimah, Belia, Beliawanis and Muslimah Masjid groups of the Surau Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Brunei conducted a visit to the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN). As part of the engagement programme, participants were brought onboard KDB DARULEHSAN to experience the Navy’s operational environment and life onboard the ships.
