ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY SECURES OVERALL TOP POSITION AT RBAF SWIMMING AND WATER POLO CHAMPIONSHIP 2024/2025

Rimba Air Force Base, 7 February 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) demonstrated a strong performance at the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Swimming and Water Polo Championship 2024/2025, held from 3 to 7 February 2025 at the Sports Complex in Rimba Air Force Base.


JASAMU DIKENANG APPRECIATION CEREMONY FOR WARRANT OFFICERS, CHIEF PETTY OFFICERS, AND PETTY OFFICERS OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY

Berakas, Friday, 7 February 2025 – The "Jasamu Dikenang" Appreciation Ceremony for members of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Warrant Officers, Chief Petty Officers, and Petty Officers Mess for the year 2025 was held at the Main Conference Hall, International Convention Centre (ICC). The event was organised to honour the contributions and dedicated service of retired Mess members who have completed their tenure in the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).


ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY AND INDONESIAN NAVY HOLD 9TH NAVAL WORKING GROUP MEETING IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA

Jakarta, Tuesday, 4 February 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) delegation was warmly welcomed by the Indonesian Navy (IDN) at Wisma Elang Laut, Jakarta, for the 9th iteration of the Naval Working Group (NWG) Meeting. This engagement underscores the longstanding defence relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Indonesia, reaffirming both navies' commitment to enhancing maritime cooperation and regional security.




CLOSING CEREMONY OF MARITIME OPERATIONS COURSE (MAROPS) SERIAL 07/2024

MUARA, Friday, 31 January 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held the closing ceremony for the Maritime Operations Course (MAROPS) Serial 07/2024 at Nakhoda Ragam Hall, Naval Training Centre. The event marked the successful completion of the intensive course by ten RBN officers, who were awarded certificates of completion.

BRUNEI  MUARA,  January 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy Wives Welfare Body (BAKTI) visited three members who recently welcomed their firstborn babies, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen family bonds and appreciation within the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) community.
