RBN FLEET COMMANDER LED ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY DELEGATION TO EXERCISE KAKADU 2026 FLEET COMMANDERS’ CONFERENCE AND SYDNEY HARBOUR PHASE PROGRAMME
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, TUESDAY, 24 MARCH 2026 – Captain Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani, RBN, Fleet Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), led a Royal Brunei Navy delegation to Sydney, Australia, to participate in the Exercise KAKADU 2026 (KA26) Fleet Commanders’ Conference (FCC) and a series of official engagements held during the Sydney Harbour Phase programme from 20 to 24 March 2026.

MUARA, Saturday, 21 March 2026 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) gathered in the early morning of Syawal to observe the Takbir Raya, followed by the Sunat Hari Raya prayers.

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY WELCOMES SYAWAL 1447H WITH TAKBIR RAYA AT SURAU AL-HUDA, MUARA NAVAL BASE
Muara, Friday, 20 March 2026 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a heartfelt Takbir Raya ceremony at Surau Al-Huda on the eve of Syawal 1447H marking the arrival of Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1447H.

MUARA, THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2026 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Executive Board Members, led by First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, Commander RBN, conducted visits across various RBN departments to extend their well wishes in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1447H.

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY HELD YASSIN AND TAHLIL AT THE ROYAL MAUSOLEUM IN CONJUNCTION WITH RAMADHAN 1447H

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH 2026 – In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan 1447H, the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a religious ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum to recite Surah Yassin and Tahlil prayers. The ceremony was conducted to honour the late Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abd Rahman; and Al-Marhum Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Haji 'Abdul 'Azim ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah.
