ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY (RBN) PARTICIPATED IN THE 19TH WESTERN PACIFIC NAVAL SYMPOSIUM 2024

Haitian Hotel Qingdao, People’s Republic of China, Wednesday, 24th April 2024 – The 19th Western Pacific Naval Symposium 2024 hosted by the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLA-N) was held in Qingdao, People’s Republic of China on Sunday, 21st April 2024 until Thursday, 25th April 2024. The symposium was participated by the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) with Captain Khairil bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Acting Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, as the Head of the Delegation.


PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 151 ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY PERSONNEL

MUARA, Tuesday 23 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) hosted two significant Rank Insignia Presentation Ceremonies, celebrating the achievements of its personnel. The insignias were presented by Yang Mulia Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN, Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy.​


RBN BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN COMMEMORATING RBAF’S 62ND ANNIVERSARY

MUARA, Monday, 22 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) marked the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 62nd anniversary with a blood donation campaign held at the Warrant Officers', Chief Petty Officers', and Petty Officers' Mess. This initiative underscores the RBN's dedication to not only national security but also to enhancing community welfare. The event, which saw the participation of 55 personnel, aims to foster unity and compassion among citizens while addressing the critical need for blood supplies in hospitals nationwide.





COMMANDER OF ROYAL CANADIAN NAVY MAKES INTRODUCTORY VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 17 April 2024 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a visit from Vice Admiral Angus Topshee, Commander of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), to Muara Naval Base as part of his introductory visit to Brunei Darussalam from 16 April 2024 until 18 April 2024.


EDUCATIONAL VISIT BY MILITARY CADETS FROM SERI BEGAWAN RELIGIOUS TEACHERS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE TO ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY

​MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 17 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) hosted an educational visit for forty-one (41) military cadets, along with four (4) teachers and cadet trainers from Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College. The visit aimed to provide insights into naval careers and operations.
