COMMANDER OF ROYAL CANADIAN NAVY MAKES INTRODUCTORY VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

​MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 17 April 2024 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a visit from Vice Admiral Angus Topshee, Commander of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), to Muara Naval Base as part of his introductory visit to Brunei Darussalam from 16 April 2024 until 18 April 2024.

EDUCATIONAL VISIT BY MILITARY CADETS FROM SERI BEGAWAN RELIGIOUS TEACHERS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE TO ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY

​​MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 17 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) hosted an educational visit for forty-one (41) military cadets, along with four (4) teachers and cadet trainers from Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College. The visit aimed to provide insights into naval careers and operations.





ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY CELEBRATES THE ARRIVAL OF SYAWAL 1445H WITH TAKBIR AND SUNAT RAYA PRAYERS

Muara, Brunei Darussalam – 11 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) celebrated the commencement of Hari Raya Aidilfitri with Takbir recitations and Sunat Raya prayers at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base. Present at Surau Al-Huda was the Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin.

RBN HELD TAKBIR HARI RAYA TO MARK THE BEGINNING MONTH OF SYAWAL 1445H

​MUARA, Wednesday, 10 April 2024 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held Takbir Hari Raya to celebrate the beginning of Syawal 1445H at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.   The event began with mass Isya Prayer and followed with Tazkirah on “Kelebihan Menghidupkan Malam Raya” which was delivered by the Imam of Surau Al-Huda.








ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY OBSERVES SPIRITUAL DILIGENCE WITH THREE KHATAM COMPLETIONS IN RAMADHAN

MUARA, Tuesday, 09 April 2024 – In observance of the holy month of Ramadan 1445H, the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) has conducted Tedarus Al-Quran on a daily basis. This year, the RBN has successfully completed three Khatam Al-Quran ceremonies during this sacred month. These ceremonies were conducted at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.
