COMMANDER ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY LEADERSHIP TALK WITH NEWLY COMMISSIONED OFFICERS

​​MUARA NAVAL BASE, Tuesday, 25 February 2025 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, RBN, delivered a leadership talk to the newly commissioned officers of Intake 23 today, marking another milestone in their naval careers.

The session served as a platform for the Commander RBN to instill key leadership values, emphasizing the principles of discipline, integrity, and commitment that define a naval officer. The talk provided invaluable guidance as these young officers transition into their operational roles, reinforcing the expectations and responsibilities that come with their new ranks.

During the talk, Captain Sahibul Bahari highlighted the importance of strong leadership in maintaining the RBN's operational effectiveness and readiness.
