MUARA NAVAL BASE, Tuesday, 25 February 2025 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, RBN, delivered a leadership talk to the newly commissioned officers of Intake 23 today, marking another milestone in their naval careers.
