MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 6 November 2024 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a farewell ceremony to mark the retirement of Warrant Officer 1 (WO1) Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, the Force Sergeant Major of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The ceremony took place at Aman Samudera Hall, Royal Brunei Navy Base.
WO1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh paid a farewell call to Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, who acknowledged WO1 Rosleen’s commitment and dedication throughout his years of service. The event at Aman Samudera Hall commenced with a group photo and a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by opening remarks from the Force Sergeant Major.
In his heartfelt speech, WO1 Rosleen passionately emphasized the core values of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). He urged all personnel to uphold the highest standards, avoiding any actions that could tarnish the esteemed reputation of the RBAF. He also took a moment to express his sincere gratitude to every member of the Navy, acknowledging their unwavering cooperation and dedication during his tenure as Force Sergeant Major.
The event concluded with the presentation of souvenirs from the Navy Sergeant Major and the Navy Mariners Club to WO1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh.
