Muara Naval Base, Friday, 06 June 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a Takbir Hari Raya ceremony at Surau Al-Huda in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha 1446H.
The ceremony begins with a mass Isya’ prayer, sunat Ba’diyyah prayer, Sayyidul Istighfar recitation and Tazkirah. Afterwards, Captain Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, RBN, Commander of Royal Brunei Navy led the first group to recite the Takbir Raya along with officers and personnels from RBN Headquarters, RBN Inspectorate Cell, RBN Base Department, RBN Support Squadron Headquarters, and the Naval Training Centre.
Following this, the second group, comprising of RBN Fleet Headquarters, RBN Fleet Squadron, RBN Support Squadron, and Naval Surface Action Group (NAVSAG), continued the recitation, led by Commander Khairul Anwar bin Abu Bakar, RBN, Commanding Officer of KDB AL-FARUQ.
The event then concluded with the the recitation of Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Brunei Darussalam, Surah Al-Asr, Tasbih Kaffarah and Doa Kepada Ibubapa.
