MUARA NAVAL BASE, THURSDAY, 5 MARCH 2026 – Officers of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) gathered for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Royal Brunei Navy Officers’ Mess.
In attendance was First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Zainal Abidin, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy. Also present were members of the Royal Brunei Navy Executive Board, senior officers and officers of the Royal Brunei Navy.
The Annual General Meeting served as an important platform to discuss matters related to the administration and activities of the Officers’ Mess, while providing an opportunity for officers to engage in constructive discussions and strengthen professional bonds within the organisation.
During the programme, a token of appreciation was presented to Captain Khairil bin Haji Abd Rahman, RBN, former Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, in recognition of his valuable contributions and dedicated service to the Royal Brunei Navy.
The programme continued with the Fardhu Maghrib Prayers in congregation followed by the Iftar (breaking of fast) where officers gathered for a dinner reception.
The gathering reflected the Royal Brunei Navy’s continued commitment to fostering esprit de corps and maintaining close relationship among its officers.

PEGAWAI-PEGAWAI TENTERA LAUT DIRAJA BRUNEI BERKUMPUL BAGI MESYUARAT AGUNG TAHUNAN 2026 DAN MAJLIS BERBUKA PUASA SEMPENA RAMADHAN
PANGKALAN TENTERA LAUT MUARA, KHAMIS, 5 MAC 2026 – Pegawai-pegawai Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB) telah berkumpul bagi menghadiri Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan 2026 Mess Pegawai Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei.
Hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Laksamana Pertama Sahibul Bahari bin Zainal Abidin, Pemerintah Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir ialah ahli-ahli Badan Eksekutif Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, pegawai kanan serta pegawai-pegawai TLDB.
Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan ini menjadi platform penting bagi membincangkan perkara-perkara berkaitan pentadbiran dan aktiviti Mess Pegawai di samping memberi peluang kepada para pegawai untuk berinteraksi serta mengeratkan hubungan profesional dalam kalangan warga TLDB.
Dalam majlis tersebut, cenderahati penghargaan telah disampaikan kepada Kepten Khairil bin Haji Abd Rahman, TLDB, mantan Timbalan Pemerintah Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, sebagai tanda penghargaan atas sumbangan dan khidmat bakti beliau kepada TLDB.
Majlis diteruskan dengan Sembahyang Fardhu Maghrib berjemaah, diikuti dengan majlis berbuka puasa dan menikmati jamuan makan malam.
Perhimpunan ini mencerminkan komitmen berterusan Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei dalam memupuk perpaduan serta mengeratkan hubungan silaturrahim di kalangan pegawai-pegawai TLDB.
