MUARA NAVAL BASE, MONDAY, 21 APRIL 2025 - The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Captain Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, received a farewell courtesy call from Colonel Russ Corwin, Defence Attaché of the United States of America to Brunei Darussalam today.
During the call, Captain Sahibul Bahari conveyed his appreciation to Colonel Corwin for his contributions in strengthening the relationship and cooperation between the Royal Brunei Navy and the United States Navy. Both sides reflected on the close ties developed over the years and discussed ongoing engagements as well as prospects for future collaboration.
The farewell call marked Colonel Corwin’s conclusion of his tenure in Brunei Darussalam and reflected the enduring partnership and shared commitment towards enhancing regional security and defence cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the United States of America.
