CLOSING CEREMONY AND CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION FOR ADVANCED MARINE SIGNALLER COURSE 2025

MUARA NAVAL BASE, Friday, 11 April 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) recently held the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Advanced Marine Signaller Course 2025 at Nakhoda Ragam Hall, Naval Training Centre, Royal Brunei Navy.

A total of eleven participants successfully completed the course, demonstrating their proficiency in advanced shipboard communications and radio operations. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Commander Muhammad Saifullah Abdul Azim bin Pg Abdullah, Officer Commanding Training Development PLTL.

The Advanced Marine Signaller Course is a key professional development programme designed for communication personnel, focusing on enhancing their competencies in communications procedures, ship manoeuvring signal protocols, radio frequency management, and task force organisation. The training ensures that participants are well-equipped to support operational communications within the RBN and in joint maritime operations.

The ceremony concluded with the recitation of the closing doa, followed by a group photo session with the Guest of Honour and course instructors.
