MUARA NAVAL BASE, FRIDAY 21 MARCH 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held its second Khatam Al-Quran ceremony in Conjunction with the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1446H at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base. Present as the Guest Honour was the Deputy Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN. Also in attendance were RBN Executive Board, senior officers, officers and RBN personnels.
The ceremony began with a mass Fardhu Zuhor prayer followed by the recitation of selected Surahs from the Al-Quran, Takhtim Al-Quran, Doa Khatam, and Dzikir Marhaban.
The Khatam Al-Quran event reflects RBN’s commitment to embedding religious and spiritual growth within its organizational culture. Through such initiatives, RBN continues to foster faith, discipline, and moral values among its personnel while seeking blessings for the safety, prosperity, and well-being of the nation.
