Brunei-Muara, Monday 17 March 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) organised a Cemetery Cleaning Campaign in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan 1446H. The campaign was conducted simultaneously across eight Muslim cemeteries in the Brunei-Muara District.
The initiative saw active participation from RBN personnel, who undertook cleaning efforts at the cemeteries, ensuring that the final resting places of loved ones, including those who had once served in the Royal Brunei Navy were well-maintained. The activity also served as an opportunity for reflection and spiritual enrichment in alignment with the values of Ramadhan.
The Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Khairil bin Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN, was present at the Kampong Terunjing Cemetery to lead the efforts and express his appreciation for the dedication shown by all involved. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering a sense of community and gratitude.
