BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wedneday, 20 March 2024 - A recitation of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil for the late parents and son of His Majesty the Sultan Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman and Al-Marhum Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Haji 'Abdul 'Azim Ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah was held this morning at the Royal Mausoleum Building, Jalan Tutong, Bandar Seri Begawan.
The religious function was held in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan 1445 and attended by Captain Haji Mohd Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, the Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, senior officers, officers and personnel of RBN. The recitation of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil was led by Captain Ayza Azrine bin Ayahani from RBAF Religious Directorate, followed by the Doa Allah Peliharakan Sultan and Negara Brunei Darussalam.
