Royal Brunei Armed Forces Golf Club, Berakas Garrison, Saturday, 03 February 2024 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) successfully held a Golf Interaction in conjunction with the RBN’s 58th Anniversary amongst officers of RBN
at the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Golf Club, Berakas Garrison.
A total of 7 flights comprised of RBN Officers participated in the event, and attending as the Guest of Honour was Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Haji Matserudin. Also present to enliven the event were Acting Deputy Commander of RBN, Fleet Commander, Commandant of Support Services, Head of Inspectorate Cell and Commanding Officers, Senior Officers and Young Officers of RBN.
The 9-hole golf competition began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah before teeing off. The Overall Gross Champion was won by the Guest of Honour himself, Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Haji Matserudin, RBN.
The objectives of golf interaction were held to nurture further camaraderie and cooperation between the RBN Officers and cultivate interests in the sports as a hobby on a recreational and/or a competitive level amongst the officers.
