MUARA, Tuesday, 28 November 2023 – The Acting commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Haji Mohd Sarif Pudin bin Mat Serudin received a farewell call from Wing Commander Matthew Charles Xerri, Australian Defence Adviser to Brunei Darussalam.
During the call, the Acting Commander RBN expressed pleasure that Brunei Darussalam and Australia share a cordial and active defence relationship with one another. The Acting Commander RBN also thanked Wing Commander Matthew Charles Xerri for his three years of service in Brunei Darussalam.
The call also touches on continued strengthening the defence relations between both countries and working together on other possible areas of defence cooperation, especially between the two navies.
The Acting Commander RBN also wishes the Defence Adviser well in future endeavours.
