Royal Brunei Navy, Wednesday 30 June 2021 – A total of 9x Personnel from JAMAAT and KUPU SB made a study visit to RBN's Fast Patrol Boat KDB AFIAT, Fast Interceptor Boat KDB MUSTAED and Landing Craft KDB SERASA.
The main objective of this study visit is to conduct research on how RBN personnel could improve in the conduct prayers onboard ship whilst operation at sea. The team lead by Major Ariffin bin Amit, Assistant Head of RBAF Religious Dept and Dr. Haji Noralizam bin Haji Aliakbar, Dean Faculty of Syariah of KUPU SB went to each ships observing and asking each personnel on conducting prayers while in operation.
The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) is now coming to its 60th anniversary this year since its establishment, RBAF recognized the importance of instilling Maqasid Syariah as guide to personnel welfare. Hence, through preservation of faith, RBAF personnel well being can be maintained.
