The month of Syaaban is significant and one of the most beloved month in the islamic calendar from Rasulullah Sallalahu Alaihi Wassalam (SAW). It was during this month that Rasulullah SAW fasted regularly. This trait of Rasulullah SAW should be followed as it not only to increase our virtues to Allah SWT but also as a way to help the body prepare for the upcoming fasting holy month, Ramadhan.
