Muara Naval Base, February 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) conducted a promotion ceremony this month across all sub-units, recognizing the achievements of 109 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) at Muara Naval Base. This event underscores RBN’s ongoing commitment to the professional development of its personnel, ensuring a capable and proficient leadership structure within the organization.
The ceremony was graced by the respective RBN Executive Committees of each sub-unit, alongside senior officers, officers, and senior non-commissioned officers of RBN. Proceedings commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the official presentation of rank insignia to the promoted personnel.
