Bandar Seri Begawan, Saturday, 15 February 2025 – The 41st National Day celebration commenced with a grand flag-hoisting ceremony in Bandar Seri Begawan. The event was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abd Rashid, Acting Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports.
A giant national flag was raised by 20 personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex.
This year’s National Day theme, “Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara” (United in Achieving the Nation’s Aspirations), aligns with Brunei Vision 2035. The RBN takes pride in upholding this tradition, symbolizing their vital role in safeguarding and honoring the nation’s emblem.
