TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 29 November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) organised an Outstanding Awards Ceremony to recognise the academic achievements of its officers and personnel, including 15 children from the Royal Brunei Navy. The ceremony was held at the Defence Academy Auditorium in Tanah Jambu.
Yang Mulia Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, graced the event as the Guest of Honour. Also present were Captain Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, members of the RBAF Executive Committee, senior officers, as well as the parents and guardians of the award recipients.
The awards were presented to 15 children who received Excellence and Appreciation Awards for their exceptional achievements in various academic qualifications, including GCE 'O' Level, Sijil Sekolah-Sekolah Rendah Ugama (SSSRU), and Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (PSR).
This event highlights the RBAF's commitment to supporting and celebrating the educational success of its personnel’s families, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in their academic pursuits.
