MUARA NAVAL BASE, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 - "On Deck: Singapore’s Top Sergeant Major Tours Brunei Naval Base",
The Royal Brunei Navy welcomed a delegation from the Singapore Armed Forces for the Sergeant Major Exchange Program 2024. Also present were Colonel Peter Chee, Defense Adviser from the Singapore High Commission in Brunei Darussalam.
Led by Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) Chua Hock Guan, the delegation was received by Captain Sahibul Bahari at the RBN Fleet Headquarters for a Courtesy Call. The visit featured tours of the patrol vessel KDB DARULAMAN, the Naval Surface Action Group (NAVSAG), and the Naval Training Centre (NTC), offering insights into the Royal Brunei Navy’s capabilities and assets. The visit concluded with a group photo and gift exchange, underscoring the strong cooperation and shared commitment to regional security and operational excellence.
