MUARA, Friday, 24 November 2023 - The Senior Rates Mess, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) conducted a three-day event from 22 to 24 November 2023 for the 33 Acting Petty Officers who were recently promoted.
Present as Guest of Honour was 13122 WO1 Sukarnain bin Mohammed, RBN, President of Mess Committee (PMC). Also present were other members of the mess committee. The event aimed to orientate the participants with the fundamental knowledge and expectations for the new mess members.
The event concluded with certificate presentation to all participants by the Guest of Honour.
