MUARA, KHAMIS, 09 OKTOBER 2025 – Seramai lapan (08) pegawai TLDB telah berjaya menamatkan kursus Junior Warfare Officer Course (JWOC) Siri 02/2025 selama sepuluh (10) minggu yang dikendalikan di Pusat Latihan TLDB. Majlis Penutup dan Penyampaian Sijil telah dilaksanakan pagi ini bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran, Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB).
Tetamu Kehormat bagi majlis tersebut ialah Yang Mulia Komander Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani, Pemangku Pemerintah Armada TLDB. Turut hadir adalah Pegawai-Pegawai Pemerintah Kapal, pegawai-pegawai dan tenaga pengajar dari Pusat Latihan Laut.
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan asas peperangan, kemahiran taktikal serta kepimpinan kepada pegawai-pegawai muda TLDB agar berkeupayaan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas operasi maritim.
Ia juga berperanan membentuk pegawai yang berdisiplin, berwibawa dan mampu memberi sumbangan berkesan dalam aspek operasi maritim serta kepimpinan dalam Armada TLDB.

Junior Warfare Officer Course (JWOC) Series 02/2025 Enhances the Tactical Proficiency of Young RBN Officers
MUARA, THURSDAY, 09 OCTOBER 2025 – A total of eight (08) Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) officers have successfully completed the Junior Warfare Officer Course (JWOC) Series 02/2025, a ten-week programme conducted at the RBN Training Centre. The Closing and Certificate Presentation Ceremony was held this morning at the Warrant Officers’ Mess, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN).
The Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Commander Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani, Acting Fleet Commander, RBN. Also in attendance were Commanding Officers, officers, and instructors from the Naval Training Centre.
The course aimed to provide junior RBN officers with foundational warfare knowledge, tactical proficiency, and leadership skills to enable them to effectively perform maritime operational duties.
It also serves to develop disciplined, competent, and capable officers who can contribute effectively to maritime operations and leadership within the RBN Fleet.
