MUARA, Friday, 15 March 2024 – The Closing Ceremony of the Coxswain Specialist course 2024 was held at the Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Center, Muara Naval Base.
Lieutenant Commander Shamshu Nuzli Wazri bin Hj Tajuddin, Principle Warfare Officer KDB DARULAMAN attended as the guest of honour. A total of eight (8) participants attended the Coxswain Specialist Course 2024, which was organised by the Royal Brunei Navy Naval Training Center (NTC) in collaboration with the Brunei Engineering Logistic Training Service (BELTS).
The Coxswain Specialist course ran for 8 weeks, from 22 January 2024 until 15 March 2024. The course aims to train senior RBN sailors, specifically the Above Water Warfare (AWW) and Above Water Tactical (AWT) personnel, in ship handling, leadership, and navigation.
Also present during the ceremony were invited RBN officers, Instructors and BELTS members. The ceremony ended with a recitation of Doa and a group photo session with all participants and guests present.
