​MUARA, TUESDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2026 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Yang Mulia First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, conducted a leadership session with RBN personnel from Intake 180 at the Briefing Room of the RBN Headquarters.

​The session was organised to inspire and guide the newly enlisted personnel by reinforcing the core principles of military service, leadership, and professionalism, while highlighting the responsibilities expected of them as members of the RBN.

​During the address, the Commander shared his perspectives on the importance of discipline, dedication, teamwork, and integrity as the foundation of an effective naval force. The personnel were encouraged to embrace continuous learning, uphold the highest standards of conduct, and contribute positively towards the RBN’s mission and operational excellence.

​The interactive session concluded with an open engagement, providing Intake 180 personnel with the opportunity to exchange views with the Commander, seek guidance, and gain a deeper understanding of the values, expectations, and leadership principles that will shape their careers in the RBN.
