MUARA NAVAL BASE,
Friday, 21 July 2023 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) organized a special religious talk at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base to commemorate and celebrate the beginning of a new Hijrah Year 1445H. Captain Khairil bin Hj Abdul Rahman, RBN Fleet Commander, graced the event along with members of the RBN Executive Board, Officers, and Ratings of the RBN.
The event commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a special talk titled ‘Ugama Dipelihara, Negara Sejahtera’ delivered by Ustaz Haji Asmat bin Haji Tuah, an Accredited Speaker from Majlis Ugama Islam Brunei (MUIB).
The gathering concluded with congregational Sunat Dhuha prayers and the recitation of Doa Dhuha, Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam, Surah Al-Asr, and Tasbih Kaffarah. The event provided an opportunity for reflection and celebration of the new Hijrah Year with religious significance.
