MUARA NAVAL BASE, Friday, 28 October 2022 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Swimming and Water Polo Championship Final 2022 was held at the RBN Sports Complex where team Fleet B emerged as champions for the Water Polo Championship after defeating team Fleet A with the final scores of 5-1.
The event was followed by 100m freestyle and 4x50m relay freestyle. Fleet A emerged as overall winners for the Swimming Championship with a total of 7 gold medals and 1 silver medal.
The prizes were presented by the guest of honour, Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin Bin Matserudin, Deputy Commander of the RBN. The RBN Swimming and Water Polo Championship 2022 began on 25 October 2022 and participated by, 6 teams which were RBN Headquarters, Fleet A, Fleet B, Support Service Headquarters, Naval Training Centre, and Base.
