MUARA, Thursday 04 April 2024 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a promotion ceremony series 03/2023 for Nineteen (19) Senior Non-Commisioned Officers (SNCOs). The ceremony was held at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officer’s Mess, RBN.
The rank insignias were presented by Yang Mulia Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN, Acting Commander of Royal Brunei Navy. Also present was the RBN Executive Board members, RBN Officers, ratings, and family members of the newly promoted personnel.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a presentation of the rank insignias by the Guest of Honour, and concluded with a recitation of Doa Selamat and a group photo.
