MUARA, Friday, 11 October 2019 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a Promotion Ceremony Series 03/2019 for 57 RBN junior ranks. The ceremony was held at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officers’ Mess, RBN.
Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was Captain Norshahrinizam bin Haji Talib, Fleet Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) who presented the rank insignias. The presentation of rank insignias were also witnessed by RBN Senior Officers, Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and family members of the newly promoted RBN personnel.
The ceremony commenced with the Surah Al-Fatihah recital led by Ustaz Mohammad Rafiuddin bin Haji Ali, Religious Teacher of RBN followed by the presentation of the rank insignias by the Guest of Honour and concluded with a
Doa Selamat recital and a group photo of the newly promoted RBN personnel.
