MUARA, Thursday, 2 May 2019 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) together with Blood Donation Centre Hospital RIPAS organised a blood donation campaign today which took place at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officers’ Mess, Muara Naval Base.
This collaboration is intended to create a strong foundation for sustainable blood supply as well as to encourage acts of philanthropy among the officers and personnel of the RBN, hence creating a caring and cohesive society to help those in need.
A total of 73 donors participated during the event. The blood donation campaign is organised by all RBAF Services in commemorations of the RBAF 58th Anniversary. Also present among the donors was Deputy Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, Captain Pengiran Mohamad bin Pengiran Haji Damit.
