MUARA, Thursday, 14 June 2018 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held ‘Ramah Mesra’ Hari Raya Aidilfitri, this morning at the RBN, Muara Naval Base.Present to lead the ‘Ramah Mesra’ was the Acting Commander RBN, Captain Hj Othman bin Hj Suhaili@Suhaily, RBN. Also joining the ‘Ramah Mesra’ were Acting Fleet Commander, Commander Haji Nor Ariwwin bin Mohd Ali, RBN; Commandant Support Services, Commander Norshahrinizam bin Haji Talib, RBN; Commandant Naval Training, Commander Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN; and Head of Inspectorate Cell RBN, Commander Muhammad Hadi Syarifuddin bin Hj Muhd Hassanal Mega.
The group visited main departments within RBN which includes RBN Headquarters, RBN Fleet Headquarters, Support Services Headquarters, Naval Training Centre, Head Inspectorate Cell and also RBN Medical Reception Service.
The event ‘Ramah Mesra’ aims to strengthen ties and foster good relationships among all the officers and personnel within the RBN especially to enliven the Hari Raya celebration. The event provided the opportunity for the acting Commander RBN, RBN’s Executive Board members, officers and the entire personnel of the RBN to meet and greet each other to embrace the spirit of compassion for one another before the end of Ramadhan and the coming month of Syawal.
