MUARA, Thursday, 30 August 2018 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) hosted a cross country competition involving teams comprising of female personnel from each Royal Brunei Armed Forces units, which are the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), RBN, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Training Institute, RBAF.

Each team from these units were required to complete an 8 kilometre track, which starts and ends at the Naval Training Center, RBN.

The RBLF team emerged as the champion of this cross country competition, followed by the MINDEF team. The third and fourth places go to RBN and RBAirF respectively.

The Guest of Honour, Lieutenant Colonel Azlina binti Hj Muhammad, Staff Officer (Finance), Directorate of Personnel, presented the prizes to the participants of the RBAF Female Cross Country Competition 2018.

The RBAF Female Cross Country Competition is an annual sports event conducted in RBAF which aims to encourage good sportsmanship amongst the RBAF units and also to promote and incorporate a healthier lifestyle within the RBAF.
