KDB DARUTTAQWA SAFELY BERTH AT SATTAHIP THAILAND
SATTAHIP, Monday, 13 November 2017 – KDB DARUTTAQWA had safely arrived berth at Chuk Samet Commercial Port, Sattahip, Thailand to participate in the First ASEAN Maritime National Exercise (AMNEX) and International Fleet Review (IFR) 2017 in conjunction with the celebration of the 50th ASEAN establishment which is hosted by Royal Thai Navy (RTN).
FAREWELL CALL FROM OUTGOING SINGAPORE DEFENCE ADVISER TO RBN COMMANDER
MUARA, Tuesday, 14 November 2017 – Colonel Lee Yong Heng, the outgoing Defence Adviser of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam paid a farewell call to the the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg Haji Muhammad. Accompanying Colonel Lee to the call is Colonel Yeo Joon Hua Desmond, the incoming Defence Adviser of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam.
LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE BUREAU, SENGKURONG, VISIT ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY
MUARA, Wednesday 21 December 2016 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) welcomed Language and Literature Bureau, Sengkurong District to a working visit. The group consisted of eighteen students and three support staff led by Muhd Hishamuddin bin Hj Latip, Support Staff Language and Literature Bureau, Sengkurong District. The visit is part of the Language and Literature Bureau’s program to expand knowledge on working environment with working visits.
INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM NON-RESIDENT DEFENCE ATTACHÉ OF SPAIN ACCREDITED TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM TO RBN COMMANDER
MUARA, Tuesday, 14 November 2017 – Captain (CN) Juan Mose Moreno Pastorin, the Non-Resident Defence Attaché of Spain accredited to Brunei Darussalam who is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia paid an introductory call to the the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg Haji Muhammad.
DECOMMISSIONING CEREMONY OF KDB PEMBURU
MUARA, Friday 30 December 2016 – This morning Royal Brunei Navy bid farewell to one of her Coastal Patrol Craft, KDB PEMBURU, in a Decommissioning Ceremony at Jetty Alpha, Muara Naval Base. The Guest of honour for the ceremony was the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi Bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad. The event commenced with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Ustaz Muhammad Rafiuddin bin Hj Md Ali, RBN Religious teacher, followed by the Declaration of the Decommissioning of the KDB PEMBURU by the Guest of honour.
