COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY
MUARA, Friday, 19 April 2019 – With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, First Admiral Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily took over from First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad as the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) at a Change of Command Ceremony at the Royal Brunei Navy Headquarters.

MUARA, Friday 19 April 2019 – A ceremony for the distribution of ‘Kurma Kurnia Peribadi’ or personal gift of dates from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was held at the Royal Brunei Navy Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.
REGIMENTAL FAREWELL MESS DINNER FOR OUTGOING COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY 2019
Muara, Friday 19 April 2019 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) officers and spouses held a Regimental Farewell Mess Dinner in conjunction with the retirement of the former Commander RBN First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad.
RBAF CROSS COUNTRY COMPETITION 2019/2020
MUARA, Thursday, 18 April 2019 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Cross Country Competition 2019/2020 was held at Naval Training Centre, Muara Naval Base. More than 200 officers and personnel from the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Training Institute (TI) RBAF, Ministry of Defence and Special Forces Regiment (SFR) participated in the competition.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR SUB-LIEUTENANT COURSE (SLC) 2018/2019
MUARA, Monday 15 April 2019 - The Sub-Lieutenant Course (SLC) 2019, was conducted by the Naval Training Centre of the Royal Brunei Navy (NTC) in collaboration with the Royal Brunei Technical Services (RBTS) and the Defense Conseil International (DCI). This course has been concluded with a closing ceremony and presentation of certificates held at Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Centre Muara. The Royal Brunei Navy Fleet Commander, Captain (Cpt) Zil Husam bin Haji Abdul Rahman was present as the guest of honor. The Officer in Command Superintendant Haji Azree bin Haji Abdul Manaf from the Police Marine of the Royal Brunei Police Force, Fleet Officers, Naval Training Centre Officers, Instructors and the Royal Brunei Technical Services management and staff were also present during the event.
KDB DARUTTAQWA SET SAILS FOR DEPLOYMENT VISIT TO THREE DESTINATIONS
MUARA, Friday, 12 April 2019 - KDB DARUTTAQWA set sail this morning for deployment to Qingdao, People’s Republic of China, Busan, Republic of Korea and Changi, Republic of Singapore. The deployment is led by Commander Haji Edy Jofren bin Pehin Datu Penglima Colonel (Rtd) Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, RBN, Commanding Officer of KDB DARUTTAQWA.
