MUARA, Friday 19 April 2019 – A ceremony for the distribution of ‘Kurma Kurnia Peribadi’ or personal gift of dates from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was held at the Royal Brunei Navy Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.
The ceremony began with the recital of a thanksgiving prayer in conjunction with the handing over ceremony of the new Commander of the RBN followed by Solat Sunat Dhuha and thanksgiving prayers peliharakan Sultan.
The RBN Commander then presented the ‘Kurma Kurnia Peribadi’ to the Heads of Departments under the administration of RBN. Also present during the event were Senior Officers, Officers and personnel of the RBN.
