BATTLEFIELD FIRST AID COURSE SERIES 02/2019 CLOSING CEREMONY
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday, 22 August 2019 – The Battlefield First Aid Course Series 02/2019 for military and civilian personnel from Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) ended today at Medical & Health Services, Combat Service Support , Royal Brunei Land Force (MHS CSS RBLF), Bolkiah Garrison.
13th ANCM STAFF MEETING HELD IN CAMBODIA
CAMBODIA, Wednesday, 21 August 2019 – The 13th ASEAN Navy Chiefs’ Meeting (ANCM) Staff Meeting was held at Sokha Angkor Resort, Siem Reap Cambodia. The staff meeting was chaired by Vice Admiral Kruoch Kim Thon, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Royal Cambodian Navy (RCN) and the Deputy Secretary of National Committee for Maritime Security (NCMS). The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) was represented by Commander Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani, RBN, the Acting Chief of Staff.
STUDY VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, August 20, 2019 – The Advance Above Water Tactical (AWT) and Advance Above Water Warfare (AWW) Course participants and Instructors of Naval Training Centre (NTC) led by Lt Mohd Aiezuddin bin Julaini, went the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department (BDMD) of the Ministry of Transport and Info communications for a study visit. The study visit was aimed to give insights on how BDMD provides reliable weather and climate information.
INTERMEDIATE BASE DEFENCE COURSE CLOSING CEREMONY HELD AT MUARA NAVAL BASE
MUARA, Friday, 16 August 2019 – The Intermediate Base Defence Course Closing Ceremony consisted of 12 Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Base Defence personnel was held at Naval Training Centre (NTC). The Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Commander Abd Aiman bin Hj Abd Rahman, Housing Commandant, RBN. The Intermediate Base Defence Course was conducted by RBN Base Defence instructors and invited instructors from Support Battalion’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Explosives (CBRE) Squadron.
RBN HOLDS AIDILADHA KORBAN & AQIQAH CEREMONY 1440H/2019M
MUARA, Wednesday 14 August 2019 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a Korban and Aqiqah Ceremony in commemoration of Hari Raya Aidiladha 1440H held at Surau Al-Huda, RBN. The Guest of Honour was First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily, the Commander of RBN. Also present were senior officers, officers, RBN personnel and under privileged Mukim Serasa residents.
ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY COMMEMORATES AIDILADHA 1440H
MUARA- SATURDAY, 10 AUGUST 2019 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held the recitations of the Takbir Hari Raya Aidiladha Ceremony at Surau Al-Huda, RBN. The Guest of Honor was the Acting Deputy Commander RBN, Commander Sarif Pudin bin Mat Serudin. The ceremony was also attended by senior officers, officers and personnel of RBN who performed mass Isyak prayer followed by the recitations of Takbir Hari Raya Aidiladha.
