RBN HELD A KHATAM AL-QURAN EVENT IN CONJUCTION WITH BRUNEI DARUSSALAM’S 38TH NATIONAL DAY
MUARA, Friday, 25 March 2022 – In conjunction with Brunei Darussalam’s 38thNational Day, a Khatam Al-Quran event was held at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval base. Similar events were also held across all Suraus in the Ministry of Defence and Royal Brunei Armed Forces with Surau Asy-Syuhada’, Defence Academy RBAF as the focal point.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF NAVAL DIVING SUPERVISOR COURSE
MUARA, Friday, 25 March 2022 - The Closing Ceremony of the Naval Diving Supervisor Course was held today at Dewan Nakhoda, Navy Training Center (NTC). The event was carried out in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and the Prime Minister’s Office.

MUARA, Wednesday, 23 March 2022 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s personal gift of dates (Kurma Kurnia Peribadi) in conjunction with the month of Ramadhan 1443 Hijrah in a ceremony held at the Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base this afternoon.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF BASIC BASE DEFENCE COURSE 2022
MUARA, Tuesday, 22 March 2022 – 30 Royal Brunei Navy Personnel successfully completed their course which was held for 7 weeks including 4 days of Exercise named Eksesais Perwira. The Basic Base Defence Course was conducted by instructor from the Royal Brunei Navy Base Defence and supported by Instructor from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Training Institute. The closing ceremony was officiated by Guest Of Honor, Lieutenant Junior Grade Afizan bin Safrudin, RBN, 2IC Officer Of Maritime Operation School RBN.
12TH ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES COMMAND STAFF COURSE VISIT TO ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY
MUARA, Tuesday, 22 March 2022 – The 12th Royal Brunei Armed Forces Command and Staff Course (CSC) visited the Royal Brunei Navy at Muara Naval Base today. The visit consisted of 3 Directing Staffs, 19 Local officers and 15 International officers namely from Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of Singapore, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom firstly arrived at Naval Training Centre and were welcomed by Commander Norharirayati binti Yakub, Acting Chief of Staff.
