MUARA, Wednesday, 16 March 2022 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Brunei Darussalam, Her Excellency Gerda Winkler paid an introductory call to the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Spry bin Haji Serudi @ Seruji.
Commander RBN took the opportunity to convey his belated congratulations to Her Excellency on her appointment which she has held since August 2020 as the introductory call was only able to be conducted now due to previous COVID-19 restrictions. Both sides conveyed delights and reaffirmed the importance of maintaining strong ties to further expand professional opportunities in the future.
The Call was conducted in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines from the Ministry of Health. All in attendance were ensured to have negative ART test results prior.
