CLEANING CAMPAIGNS AT ISLAMIC CEMETERIES FOLLOWED BY THE DONATIONS TO FAMILY MEMBERS OF LATE NAVY SAILORS IN CONJUCTION WITH THE CELEBRATION OF THE 57TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY.
BRUNEI – MUARA & TUTONG, Friday 3 June 2022 – The Royal Brunei Navy conducted a series of cleaning campaigns at Islamic cemeteries at several places in the Brunei-Muara & Tutong district followed by donations to the family members of late RBN sailors in conjunction with the 57th Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Navy.

ADMM-PLUS EWG FUTURE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE THEMED “MARITIME SECURITY AND THE CONNECTION BETWEEN WPS AND SUSTAINABLE BLUE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT
MUARA NAVAL BASE, 31 MAY 2022 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) participated in the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) Plus Experts’ Working Group (EWG) on Maritime Security future leaders’ programme via video conference. Representing RBN were Lieutenant (LT) Mohd Suwady Syakin bin Suffari, RBN and Lieutenant Junior Grade (Lt JG) Aiman Syahirah binti Dato Paduka Haji Abd Rahman. This programme was also attended by 44 other participants from 17 members states and ASEAN secretariat delegation, including; Australia, Kingdom of Cambodia, Republic of India, Republic of Indonesia, Japan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, New Zealand, Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Republic of Singapore, Kingdom of Thailand, United States of America and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
DOA KESYUKURAN CEREMONY HELD IN SURAU AL-HUDA IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 61st ANNIVERSARY OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES
MUARA, Monday, 30 May 2022 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), today, held the Doa Kesyukuran ceremony to mark the 61st Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base. Captain Khairil bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Fleet Commander RBN was the most senior officer in attendance along with officers and ratings of the RBN.
ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY (RBN) PARTICIPATED THE 16TH ASEAN NAVY CHIEFS’ STAFF MEETING (ANCM)
BALI, Republic of Indonesia, Monday, 23 May 2022 – The 16th ANCM Staff Meeting was held from 22 until 24 May 2022, at Bali, Republic of Indonesia. The objective of the Staff Meeting was to coordinate agendas and arrangements for the actual plenary meeting to be held tentatively in August 2022.

INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE, Darling Harbour, Sydney, 10-12 May 2022, The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), along with 80 other navies from the Indo-Pacific region, gathered in Sydney, Australia for the Indo Pacific 2022 previously known as the PACIFIC International Maritime Exposition.
