MUARA, Thursday, 20 Jun 2019 – The Assistant of the Chief of the Russian Navy’s MESC in Scientific and Education, First Admiral Karpov Alexander Vadimovich paid a courtesy call to the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily.
During the call, Commander RBN took the opportunity to express his gratitude and appreciation to him and his delegation for coming to Brunei Darussalam and attending the inaugural Bilateral Exercise Initial Planning Conference (IPC) between the Royal Brunei Navy and the Russian Navy held from Monday, 17 Jun 2019 until Friday,21 June 2019. During the courtesy call, they also discussed on future potential interactions which could help strengthen the bilateral ties between the two navies.
The courtesy call was concluded with the gift exchanges between First Admiral Karpov Alexander Vadimovich and The Commander of RBN.
