Majlis tersebut telah disempurnakan oleh Ketua Staf Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, Komander Mohammad Faizal Ezam bin Haji Abas, TLDB. Seramai lapan (8) anggota telah dinaikkan pangkat ke Bintara Kanan semasa majlis tersebut.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan penyampaian insignia pangkat, sesi bergambar ramai bersama pegawai-pegawai dan jurulatih PLTL, dan diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat bagi menutup majlis tersebut.
Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei merakamkan setinggi-tinggi tahniah kepada semua anggota yang telah dinaikkan pangkat. Semoga pencapaian ini menjadi pembangkit kepada kecemerlangan yang berterusan, komitmen yang teguh, serta integriti dalam perkhidmatan mereka kepada negara dan Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei.

8 SENIOR RATES FROM THE NAVAL TRAINING CENTRE PROMOTED
MUARA, TUESDAY, 27 OCTOBER 2025 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a Promotion Ceremony to honour the achievements of eight (8) personnel from the Naval Training Centre (NTC). The ceremony took place at the Lobby, Ground Floor, Naval Training Centre, Muara Naval Base.
The ceremony was officiated by the Chief of Staff of the Royal Brunei Navy, Commander Mohammad Faizal Ezam bin Haji Abas, RBN. A total of eight (8) personnel were promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer during the ceremony.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the presentation of rank insignias to the promoted personnel, a group photo session with officers and instructors of NTC, and concluded with a Doa Selamat to mark the end of the ceremony.
The Royal Brunei Navy extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the promoted personnel. May this achievement serve as a catalyst for continued excellence, steadfast commitment, and integrity in their service to the nation and the Royal Brunei Navy.
