USS EMORY S. LAND CONDUCTS A LOGISTIC VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

MUARA NAVAL BASE, Thursday, December 12, 2024 - USS EMORY S. LAND  has departed Brunei Darussalam after a logistic visit from 10 December to 12 December 2024 led by Captain Kenneth Holland, USN, Commanding Officer of USS EMORY S. LAND.

During their stay, RBN officers and personnel had the opportunity to tour USS EMORY S. LAND, while Captain Holland paid a courtesy call to Acting Fleet Commander, Commander Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani. The visit concluded with a passage exercise between USS EMORY S. LAND and KDB DARULAMAN, enhancing interoperability at sea. 

This marks the first visit of USS EMORY S. LAND to Brunei Darussalam, further strengthening bilateral ties between the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and the United States Navy (USN). The RBN wishes USS EMORY S. LAND a smooth journey to its next port of call.
