MUARA, Thursday, 11 October 2018 – Commandant Naval Training, Commander Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN today receives a visit from the New Zealand Defence Adviser to Malaysia accredited to Brunei Darussalam, Captain Rodger Ward, Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) at Nakhoda Ragam VIP Room, Naval Training Centre, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN).
Commandant Naval Training expressed his pleasure for the warm and friendly bilateral defence relations between both countries. Both sides have actively participated in exercise and training, showing that both navies have the common interest in further strengthening RBN – RNZN relationship. The discussions touched on development of training and opportunities in exchange of courses between both navies.
Captain Rodger Ward is in the country for his working visit to Brunei Darussalam from Wednesday, 10th October 2018 until Tuesday, 16th October 2018.
