MUARA, Friday, 8 March 2019 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a weekly Tadarus Al-Quran and Ratib Al-Attas and a Mass Dhuha prayers this morning at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.
The religious ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Second Minister of Defense; Brigadier General (Retired) Dato Seri Pahlawan Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma’awiah, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence and Awang Haji Zakaria bin Haji Serudi, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence.
Also in attendance were First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, RBN Commander; senior officers, officers and personnel of RBN.
The ceremony started with the recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah verse 265 – 269 and Ratib Al-Attas as well as Mass Solat Sunat Dhuha prayer led by Imam Faidil Rosemady bin Mohammad, the Imam of Surau Al-Huda.
