Muara Naval Base, Thurday, 28 February 2019 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a promotion ceremony series 4/2018 for 24 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs). The ceremony was held at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officers’ Mess, RBN.
Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Commander of RBN who presented the rank insignias. This was witnessed by RBN Senior Officers, Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and family members of the promoted personnel.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Ustaz Mohd Raffiudin bin Hj Ali, Religious Teacher of RBN followed by the presentation of the insignias by the Guest of Honour and ended with a Thanksgiving Prayer.
