BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 22 October 2020 – In conjunction with the celebration of Maulidur Rasul SAW, a delegation from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) attended the 12-night Dikir Maulud held at surau Al-Faizun, Berakas Garison.
The delegation was led by First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili@ Suhaily, Commander of RBN. Also in attendance were Fleet Commander, Commandant of Support Services, RBN officers and RBN personnel.
Upon arrival, the Commander of RBN and delegation were received by Colonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Acting Commandant of Combat Service Support (CSS) RBLF, Chief Dental Officer and officers from the RBLF Headquarters and CSS RBLF.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah after a mass Maghrib prayers, followed by Dikir Syarafil Anam, Dikir Marhaban and concluded with a closing doa after a mass Isyak prayers.
