OFFICER UNDER TRAINING COURSE PARTICIPANTS VISIT BRUNEI DARUSSALAM METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT
BERAKAS, Wednesday, 16 August 2023 – A total of 18 Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) officers made a visit to the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department (BDMD) Forecast Centre as part of their Officer Under Training Course (OUTC) 2023 programme.
HANDOVER CEREMONY OF PRE-LOVED TOYS DONATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY’S 58TH ANNIVERSARY
BRUNEI MUARA DISTRICT, Monday, 14th August 2023 – Pusat Persatuan Kanak – Kanak Cacat (Pusat KACA) received donations in the form of pre-loved toys from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) as part of the project “Sumbangan Permainan Terpakai Kanak-Kanak” in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Navy’s 58th Anniversary.
ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY JOINS THE CYCLING EVENT “RIADAH BERBASIKAL KEPUTERAAN 2023”
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 13 August 2023. His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to participate in the cycling event “Riadah Berbasikal Keputeraan 2023″ with other members of the Royal family at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien in conjuction with His Majesty’s 77th birthday celebration.
FINALS OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES TUG OF WAR CHAMPIONSHIP 2022/2023
LUMUT CAMP, FRIDAY, 11 AUGUST 2023 – The Finals of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Tug of War Championship 2022/2023 was conducted at the Mini Stadium, 3rd Battalion Lumut Camp. The tournament was officiated by the Guest of Honour Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, RBAF Commander.
USS BLUE RIDGE OF THE UNITED STATES NAVY DEPARTS BRUNEI DARUSSALAM AFTER GOODWILL VISIT
MUARA, Saturday, 05 August 2023 – USS BLUE RIDGE of the United States Navy (USN) departed Muara after a goodwill visit to Brunei Darussalam from 03 to 05 August 2023 led by Vice Admiral Karl Thomas, Commander of the 7th Fleet, USN. During their departure, the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a farewell ceremony led by Commander Mohamad Nazrin bin Haji Sabli, RBN, Commanding Officer Base. after which USS BLUE RIDGE was joined by KDB DARUSSALAM for a Passage Exercise in conjunction with the Goodwill Visit.
NAVAL TRAINING CENTRE HOLDS CLOSING CEREMONY FOR PENYEMPURNAAN JENAZAH COURSE 2023
MUARA NAVAL BASE, Friday, 04 August 2023 - Naval Training Centre (NTC), Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) conducted a religious course on Penyempurnaan Jenazah (completing the rites of the deceased) from 31 July 2023 until 04 August 2023. Attending to present the completion certificates was Yang Mulia Ustaz Mas Ismandi bin Hassan, RBN religious teacher. The closing ceremony was held at the Surau Al-Huda, Royal Brunei Navy.
