USNS MILLINOCKET AND USNS SALVOR ARRIVED FOR EXERCISE CARAT 2017
MUARA, Saturday, 4 November 2017 – USNS MILLINOCKET and USNS SALVOR arrived safely at Muara Commercial Wharf and Muara Naval Base. The contingent is led by the commanding officer of USNS MILLINOCKET, Captain Erwin Lao. Present to receive the ships was led by Commander Haji Edy Jofren bin Pehin Datu Penglima Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, Commanding Officer KDB DARULEHSAN, officers and personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy.

MUARA, Monday, 6 November 2017 - In conjunction with the Exercise CARAT 2017, the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi Bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad welcomed Rear Admiral Donald D. Gabrielson, Commander Logistic Group Western Pacific (COMLOGWESPAC), Task Force 73 at a call at the Royal Brunei Navy Headquarters, Muara.
RBN PERSONNEL JOINS RBYC ANNUAL REGATTA 2016
The Royal Brunei Yacht Club (RBYC) organised an Annual Regatta on 12th and 13th November 2016 recently, opening the participation to outside agencies and sailing clubs. The Regatta was held at RBYC, Serasa Beach throughout the weekend with sailors of all ages coming together for the annual competition.
22ND BRUNEI-US MILITARY CARAT EXERCISE
Muara Naval Base, Monday 14th November 2016– The 22nd annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) joint exercise between Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and the United States Navy (USN) was activated this morning by Rear Admiral Donald Gabrielson, Commander of the Logistics Group Western Pacific (COMLOGWESPAC), Task Force 73 (CTF 73).
ASEAN MULTILATERAL NAVAL EXERCISE 2017 AND INTERNATIONAL FLEET REVIEW
MUARA, Wednesday, 8 November 2017 - KDB DARUTTAQWA under the Command of Lieutenant Commander Rasman Bin Puteh, RBN set sail for a three-weeks deployment primarily to join the first ever Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Multilateral Naval Exercise 2017 (AMNEX 2017) and International Fleet Review (IFR) that will be held in Pattaya, Thailand from 13 November to 22 November 2017.
RBN AND USN DIVERS VISIT SUNKEN WWII MINESWEEPER USS SALUTE IN BRUNEI BAY
MUARA, Wednesday, 16 November 2016 - United States Navy (USN) divers from mobile diving and salvage unit (MDSU) 1 teamed up with the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel for diving operations on the former USS SALUTE, a World War II era minesweeper sunk by a Japanese mine during preparations for amphibious landings in the Battle of Borneo.
