Haiphong, 02 April 2014. KDB DARULEHSAN safely arrived in Hai Phong, Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Tuesday, 29th April 2014 at 0905 local time, 5 days after departing from Qindao, People’s Republic of China. The Deployment is led by 612 Maj (L) Willie bin Padan, the Commanding Officer of KDB DARULEHSAN, together with a complement of 68 crew members.

KDB DARULEHSAN RETURNS FROM MMEX 2014 QINGDAO, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND GOODWILL VISIT TO HAI PHONG, SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Muara, 05 May 2014. KDB DARULEHSAN safely came alongside at Muara Naval Base after participating in Multilateral Maritime Exercise 2014 in Qingdao, People’s Republic of China, as well as a Goodwill Visit to Hai Phong, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The deployment led by 612 Maj (L) Willie bin Padan together with a complement of 68 crew personnels began on 14th April 2014 until 5th May 2014.

Wednesday 23rd April 2014 – A Multilateral Maritime Exercise hosted by People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN), is being held in Qingdao, People’s Republic of China. The Royal Brunei Navy’s very own Patrol Vessel, KDB DARULEHSAN led by its Commanding Officer, 612 Major (L) Willie bin Padan together with a complement of 69 crew members, was Brunei Darussalam’s representative to the Exercise.

COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY ATTENDED THE 14TH WESTERN PACIFIC NAVAL SYMPOSIUM

Qingdao, Tuesday, 22 April 2014 - The 14th Western Pacific Naval Symposium (WPNS), hosted by the Navy of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA-N), was held in Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city in east China. Naval leaders and representatives from 21 member countries, 3 observer countries of the Symposium and including Pakistan who applied for the Observer Status of the Symposium, attended the meeting. Representing the Royal Brunei Navy, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Haji Mohd Tamit, Commander of Royal Brunei Navy.
