RBN FLEET OFFICERS PARTICIPATED IN THE WORLD MARITIME DAY CHARITY WALK, RUN AND CYCLE
BANDAR SER BEGAWAN, Sunday, 21 October 2018 – Royal Brunei Navy fleet officers participated in the World Maritime Day Charity Walk, Run and Cycle event organised by Brunei Gas Carriers (BGC) Sdn Bhd held at Taman Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien (Taman SOAS). Present as the Guest of Honour of the event was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Abdul Mutalib bin Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Setia Dato Paduka Hj Md Yusof, Minister of Communications.

GUANGZHOU, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, Saturday, 20 October 2018 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad and delegation arrived Guangzhou for the ASEAN-CHINA Maritime Exercise (ACMEX) 2018.
KDB DARUTTAQWA ARRIVES IN ZHANJIANG FOR ASEAN CHINA MARITIME EXERCISE-2018
MAXIE NAVAL BASE, ZHANJIANG, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, Sunday, 21 October 2018 – KDB DARUTTAQWA (DTQ) safely arrived in Zhanjiang, People’s Republic of China to participate in ASEAN CHINA MARITIME EXERCISE-2018 (ACMEX-2018) from 21 to 28 October 2018. Participating in this year’s ACMEX along with DTQ are BRP DAGUPAN CITY, RSS STALWART, HTMS TAKSIN and VPN TRAN HUNG DAO.

GUANGZHOU AND ZHANJIANG, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, Sunday, 21 October 2018 – The ASEAN’s Head of delegation held a joint call with the General Wei Fenghe, Minister for National Defense of People’s Republic of China (PRC). The joint call to represent Brunei Darussalam was First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy.
ACTIVATION OF EXERCISE PENGUIN SERIES 18/2018
MUARA, Thursday, 18 October 2018 – Exercise PENGUIN, a bilateral exercise conducted biennially between the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), has reached its 18th serial. This year, the RBN is hosting Exercise PENGUIN in Brunei Darussalam which will be held from the 18th of October to the 22nd of October 2018.

Accompanying Captain Jason Hunter was Commanding Officer of HMAS LAUNCESTON, Lieutenant Commander James Brewster.
