PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 25 SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY

​MUARA, Thursday, 17 September 2020 – A promotion ceremony for 25 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) of the Royal Brunei Navy was held at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officers’ Mess, RBN. Of the 25 personnel, 2 promoted to Acting Warrant Officer 1, 1 promoted to Acting Warrant Officer 2, 10 personnel promoted to Sub Warrant Officer 2, 5 personnel promoted to Sub Chief Petty Officer and 7 promoted to Acting Chief Petty Officer.

COMMANDER RBN RECEIVES FAREWELL CALL FROM RBAF SERGEANT MAJOR

MUARA, Thursday, 10 September 2020 – The Force Sergeant Major, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Warrant Officer 1 Awang Rashid bin Haji Abdul Rahman made a farewell call to the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily at the Royal Brunei Navy Headquarters. In attendance during the meeting were the RBN Sergeant Major and Fleet Sergeant Major.

MUARA, Monday, 07 September 2020 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Officers’ Mess held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, at the Wardroom of the Officers’ Mess. Attending the event as the Guest of Honour was First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhailee @Suhaily, Commander RBN as well as Officers of RBN’s Executive Committee, Senior Officers and other mess members.

KDB DARULEHSAN PARTICIPATES IN POST RIMPAC GROUP SAIL TO GUAM

HAWAII, USA, Friday, 04 September 2020– KDB DARULEHSAN sets sail from Joint Base Pearl
Harbour-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii United States of America (USA) on her return
journey back to Negara Brunei Darussalam after successfully participating in
RIMPAC 2020. BRP JOSE RIZAL, Philippine Navy and USS CHUNG HOON, United States
Navy sailed together with KDB DARULEHSAN in a convoy for a Post RIMPAC group
sail to conduct passage exercise enroute to Guam. The objective of this group
sail is to further enhance defence diplomacy and interoperability between
participating navies.
