MUARA NAVAL BASE, Thursday, 07 September 2023 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a motivational talk entitled “Leadership from an Islamic Perspective” at the Dewan Nakhoda, Naval Training Center which was delivered by the guest speaker, Ustazah Siti Hanisah Binti Haji Othman. Present at the event were the servicewomen of RBN consisting of both officers and ratings. The guest of honor for the ceremony was the Chairman of the RBN 58th Anniversary committee, Commander Pengiran Norkumilasari Binti Pengiran Haji Azahari.
The purpose of this talk is to inspire RBN personnel to be more efficient, proactive and balanced in their work-life approach. Furthermore, in strengthening their identity and character as RBN personnel. The ceremony ended with the presentation of souvenirs delivered by the guest of honor followed by a group photo session.
